Ticket Access FAQ
Pre-order Carly Rae Jepsen "Dedicated" album through the official store through Friday April 5, 2019 at 10AM local time to access exclusive ticket pre-sale for the Dedicated tour.
The passcode will give you access to an exclusive pre-sale window, where you'll get the chance to buy up to 8 tickets before general release to the public.
Codes are distributed via email. You will receive the email with your code and instructions to redeem your pre-sale access on Tuesday April 2, 2019 at 10AM local time thru Friday April 5, 2019 at 10AM local time.
Limited to 1 pre-sale code per customer. Only a limited number of tickets are available. There is no guarantee that you’ll be able to buy tickets to the show using your pre-sale code. Pre-sale codes have no cash value, and are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and good for one-time use only.
